avoid constipation 

take 1litre of water when u get up

have a walk with tadasana and pawan muktasan

go for motion when u get urge

u pass 70% stool immediately and 15-20 % in next 1-2 minutes rest 10-15 % u wait but no motion so do not wait . go 2nd time when u develop urge.

do not strain.take deep expiratory breathing which causes movement of intestine and pass motion

develop habit to go for motion before u go to bed 

take high fibre diet

regular practice of yoga and pranyam

daily morning walk
